Standards for respectful communication and user-generated content in Hajiri workspaces.
Communicate with respect and workplace relevance.
Flag abusive or unsafe content promptly.
Admins and Hajiri may restrict content or accounts.
Do not post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, discriminatory content, targeted humiliation or content intended to intimidate another person. Keep workplace channels relevant and respect professional boundaries.
Do not share another person’s private information, payroll data, credentials, personal documents, precise location or confidential company information without authority. Consider who can see a channel before posting.
Do not impersonate others, manipulate records, spread knowingly deceptive information, promote illegal activity, distribute malware or post content that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Use available report or administrator tools to flag content or users. Where blocking controls are available, use them to prevent unwanted direct interaction. For urgent workplace safety issues, contact your organisation and local emergency services; Hajiri is not an emergency service.
Workspace administrators may review and moderate organisational content. Hajiri may investigate reports, remove content or restrict accounts when required to enforce these Guidelines, protect users or comply with law.
We consider context, severity, history and risk. Actions may include a warning, content restriction, feature limitation, suspension or termination. Users or organisations may contact Support to provide relevant context or challenge a mistake.
