THE RECORD BEHIND EVERY HR WORKFLOW

Stop entering the same employee information in five places.

An employee’s team, manager, job status and work location affect attendance, leave, payroll preparation and access. Hajiri keeps that shared context in one record so an approved change can reach the workflows that depend on it.

  • One source: current employee and employment details
  • Clear ownership: employees, managers and HR see the fields appropriate to them
  • Visible changes: important updates retain effective dates and history

WHAT THE RECORD HOLDS

Useful structure, without turning a person into a pile of fields.

01

Identity and contact

Approved personal, contact and emergency details with controlled employee self-service.

02

Employment

Employee ID, joining date, employment type, status, workplace and relevant job information.

03

Organisation

Team, department, manager and reporting relationships used across everyday approvals.

04

Documents

Authorised employee documents with appropriate visibility instead of scattered email attachments.

05

Job history

Role, team and status changes with effective dates so HR can understand what applied when.

06

Access and responsibility

Role-based permissions that distinguish employee, manager, HR and administrative responsibilities.

MANAGE A CHANGE

Record the decision once, with the date it takes effect.

When an employee changes role, team, manager or workplace, Hajiri keeps the current record and its history understandable. Authorised teams can review the change before connected workflows rely on it.

BEFORE YOU IMPLEMENT

Common Core HR questions.

Can employees update their own information?+

Yes. Self-service can be enabled for permitted fields while HR retains control over information that must be verified or restricted.

Can we import employee records from spreadsheets?+

Yes. A structured implementation should clean, map and validate source data before it becomes the active employee record.

Can managers see every employee?+

Access can be limited according to responsibility. A manager may receive an appropriate view of direct reports without receiving unrestricted access to the organisation.

Does Hajiri replace our HR policies?+

No. Hajiri helps apply and document approved workflows. Your organisation remains responsible for its policies, legal review and employment decisions.
