Rules that protect Hajiri users, organisations, workplace information and platform reliability.
Use Hajiri only for authorised workplace purposes.
No harassment, discrimination or harmful content.
No security abuse, scraping or disruption.
You must not use Hajiri to violate law or rights; impersonate another person; falsify attendance or workplace records; harass, threaten or discriminate; distribute malware; evade access controls; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorisation; overload the service; scrape restricted information; send spam; or facilitate fraud.
Do not upload passwords, secret keys, unnecessary government identification, payment-card data, medical information or other highly sensitive information unless Hajiri expressly supports that data type and your organisation has approved a lawful process. Use role-based permissions and share information only with people who need it.
Do not use attendance, location, activity or biometric-enabled features for covert, discriminatory or disproportionate monitoring. Organisations must communicate the purpose, offer a fair correction process and use human review for consequential employment decisions.
Automated actions and integrations must respect rate limits, permissions, privacy and the instructions of the responsible organisation. Do not use automated tools to copy workspace data, create misleading activity or circumvent plan limits.
Hajiri may investigate, preserve relevant evidence, restrict content, suspend access or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce agreements. Where appropriate, we notify the organisation and provide a way to clarify or appeal the decision.
