The rules for accessing and using Hajiri websites, mobile applications, workplace accounts and related services.
Use Hajiri only for lawful workplace purposes.
Workspace administrators configure access and policies.
Users and organisations must provide accurate information.
By accessing or using Hajiri, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Hajiri for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms or use the account provided by that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to use the service and must follow applicable workplace policies and laws.
Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
Organisations control workspace membership, roles, permissions, policies, employee records and many retention decisions. Administrators must grant only appropriate access, maintain a lawful basis for workforce processing and respond responsibly to employee requests.
Hajiri may be used for authorised HR, attendance, time, payroll-preparation, communication, task, project and workplace-management purposes. You may not misuse the service, access another person’s account, evade security, introduce harmful code, scrape restricted information, harass others or use Hajiri to violate rights or law. The Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
Attendance records and automated signals support workplace processes but may contain errors caused by devices, connectivity, configuration or user input. Organisations must provide correction and review procedures rather than treating technology as the sole judge of employment decisions.
Before enabling location or biometric-related features, organisations are responsible for providing appropriate notice, obtaining required authorisation and configuring a proportionate workplace purpose.
Users and organisations retain their rights in information submitted to Hajiri. They grant Hajiri the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up and display that information to provide and secure the service.
Do not upload information you are not authorised to use. Workspace administrators may access, export, correct or delete content subject to permissions, contracts and applicable law.
Paid plans, device orders and professional services are governed by the applicable order, quotation or subscription terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes and are non-refundable after the service period begins, except where law requires otherwise. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not alter an already-paid period.
Hajiri and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, documentation and related intellectual property. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service during an authorised subscription. They do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering or creation of competing derivatives except where law cannot prohibit it.
Hajiri may interoperate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and Hajiri is not responsible for systems it does not control.
If you download the app from Apple or Google, their store terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing Hajiri support, maintenance or warranties.
We work to keep Hajiri reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, emergencies, internet services and third-party infrastructure may affect availability. We may change features, impose reasonable limits or suspend access to protect users, security, law or the service.
You may stop using Hajiri and request account deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. An organisation may remove a user or end its workspace. Hajiri may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible.
Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes and records that must lawfully be retained survive termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajiri is provided on an “as available” basis. Hajiri is a workflow platform, not legal, tax, accounting, payroll or employment advice. Organisations remain responsible for reviewing calculations, records and decisions with qualified professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hajiri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability will be limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event, unless applicable law requires a different result.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution; disputes will be handled by courts with lawful jurisdiction in Nepal unless a written agreement provides another process.
We may update these Terms and will post a revised effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
