Workforce analytics should help a manager decide what to do next. A dashboard with many charts but no clear question often creates more reporting, not better decisions.
Choose the question first
Examples include: Where are attendance corrections repeatedly occurring? Which teams have pending leave approvals? Are project hours moving beyond plan? Which employee records need attention? Each question needs a defined source and responsible owner.
Use approved and proportionate data
Make clear whether a record is pending, corrected or approved. Respect employee privacy and avoid collecting data merely because it can be collected. Hajiri’s workforce reporting is most useful when its inputs come from dependable daily workflows.
Act, then review
A report should lead to a practical action: improve a schedule, clarify a policy, provide support or review a project plan. Track whether the action helped before building a more complicated report.
Ask, add, or respond.
